Built on a Strong Foundation
All of Season’s diets are born of evidence-based standards that you can trust. For example, our Season Signature Diet (general healthful) adheres to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and our Diabetes Friendly Diet follows the recommendations set forth in the American Diabetes Association Consensus report. Based on your nutrition prescription, our technology will then apply those guidelines in selecting recipes with the right amount of types and amounts of foods.

Our team of chefs develop and select recipes with nutrition, taste, and lifestyle in mind so that there are options to appeal to individuals and families with a variety of needs and abilities. Season can meet your client’s needs whether they have a little or a lot of time, are just learning to cook or know their way around a kitchen, are on a tight budget or have some room to explore.
Our registered dietitians set rigorous standards for each recipe, and each recipe is reviewed prior to approval to ensure that it meets criteria for a particular diet. In addition, we review recipes to ensure that allergens (eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, milk, soy, wheat, and sesame) are properly tagged and able to be removed from the library of recipes presented to clients with food allergies.
